Santiago’s place is a gem in Coconut Grove. We often stay in a hotel but we’re so glad we decided to stay in SW Grove, one of my favorite areas in Miami. The house is lush and gorgeous, super clean and filled with everything you need from coffee, tea, pots, pans, silverware. Access is easy and wifi is very fast. Highly recommended.

STUNNING, STYLISH, & DREAMY!!! My husband and I have been visiting Coconut Grove for over 20 years and Santiago's house was beyond a treat to reside in for four nights. The house itself is totally immaculate, super stylish, tranquil, and comfortable. We love architecture and so appreciated all the open glass and use of organic materials. The neighborhood is out of a movie with lush foliage, cascading trees, and fragrant flowers. Outside hot tub was bonus--even in 94 degree weather we could not resist relaxing in it. The Grove also has so many wonderful restaurants and cutes stores now that you don't even need to leave the neighborhood. Santiago, thank you for sharing your Oasis with us, we cannot wait to come back again!

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood in a great area. We enjoyed walking around and seeing the lovely homes and gorgeous peacocks! I loved the house...it reminded us of our trips to Costa Rica and Nicaragua, with a sleek, modern vibe. Thanks, Santiago!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was so quiet and peaceful and on a lovely street. It was located very close to everything we had planned during our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed and Santiago was very quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to soon.
